- Free Web Site design refers to designing the web site's banner (your logo), layout of the text (words) and photographs to form a visually pleasing and coherent whole in accordance with a standard template. Free web site design does not apply to development of custom templates. Client has to supply logo, photographs and text content.

- Technical support - We guarantee a 99.97% uptime on our servers. However, this does not include downtime caused by Internet Service Provider (ISP) connections that fail to the servers.

- Google search engine registration - We register your web site with Google, but please take note that you will not be automatically first on the search engine.

- No hidden costs - Other than your monthly / annual subscription fee, there are no hidden costs.
